Rosaline Definition

Rosaline, in the context of antiques, refers to glassware which is usually pink in color with swirling lined pattern on all upright pieces, swirl edge, and plain surface. Rosaline is extremely strong and hard to chip. Rosaline glassware is made using tempered freezer/microwave resistant glass. Rosaline goblets, tumblers, bowls, mugs, cup and saucers, and platters are available in flee markets.
