Amberina Definition

Amberina is decorative, two-toned glassware developed by Joseph or about 1883, and produced steadily until 1900. Today, the glass is most notably produced by the Libbey Glass Company in Toledo, Ohio. Amberina is a mixture of amber glass and gold. It develops distinctive two-tone golden amber to deep red through a process of cooling and reheating the materials together.
