Group of Three Purses, First Quarter 20th Century, consisting of an American silverplate mesh lady's evening bag of "Gothic Arch" form, h. 7-1/2", w. 4"; a German .800-standard silver mesh bag with a leaf-engraved frame, h. 5-1/2", w. 7-1/2"; and a gilded "German Silver" similar lady's mesh evening bag with an unusual double ball-and-claw clasp, h. 6-1/4", w. 8-1/2"; all three examples with metal ball fringe at the basal edges.
