Louis Heel Definition

Louis Heels refers to medium to high heels that was popular during the 1800s. Louis heels got its name from King Louis XIV of France who used high heels specially made for him. King Louis XIV was 5 feet 3 inches tall and used high heels. Louis heels is also known as French heels. In terms of antique, Louis heels are popular antique and vintage items. Similar pattern of heels is used in shoes even today.
