Cement Definition

Cement is a soft powdered material that can be used to make sculptures. It is made by grinding calcined lime and clay. It is mixed with water,sand, and gravel to make concrete. Concrete is used  to make buildings and structures. Cement is mixed with water to make mortar that is used to bind things /building blocks.  For building purposes and artistic sculpture works. The term is also seen used to refer to any material that hardens to act as a glue or adhesive.
