Carding is a mechanical process of brushing out the fibers with a wired brush, disentangling it, cleaning it, and mixing with fibers to make silver or continuous web that can be further processed . It is usually applied in the preparation of fiber in spinning procedure. This is done  by passing the fiber towards the irregularly moving surfaces.
