0456 Flapper in Fur Oil Pastel
Flapper in fur oil pastel by Lawrence Porth, Florida artist. Encouraged by Norman Rockwell during World War 1. He studied at the Art Institute of Chicago and The Louvre, Paris. He later returned to the US and taught at the Art Institute of Chicago. He moved to Florida in the 1940's. (1896-1972); 20"x 24"
