196 Large Japanese Bronze Jardiniere, converted to lamp
A large Japanese bronze/brass jardiniere professionally converted into a lamp. The jardiniere is 10"h x 15"w, melon-ribbed, with cast decoration of flowers and birds in high relief. Likely Meiji period, 17"h to top of jardiniere cap, 39"h to top of carved carnelian finial.
