Two 19th Century Japanese Imari bowls with exceptional decoration: One oval, 6 3/4"w x 5" x 1 1/2"h, simply designed with a background of folded fans and flowers overlaid with a single dramatic element, an open fan illustrated with a moon hare; the second bowl is decorated with two geese standing under bamboo along a meandering stream, 6"w x 1 1/4"h.
