Traps Definition

Traps are used to ensnare an animal. Mostly, animal traps are handmade.  Mousetraps are the most common of the traps. One of the mousetraps was designed to hit the head of the mouse with a mallet as soon as it entered the traps. Most traps were designed just to ensnare the animal live and later release in the woods.
In 1897, the classic snapping mousetrap called "Little Nipper" was invented by James Henry Atkinson. Usually, the traps are commercially manufactured with manufacturer's name marked on it.
