Objectivity Definition

Objectivity is a philosophical concept, which is characterised as being influenced by facts, reality and truth rather than emotions and sentiments. It is described as a quality of a person to be truthful, and sincere to a situation beyond individual preference and bias. It is also an ability of being neutral and a capacity to judge fairly without bias and external influences.
