In relation to painting, aquagraph is monoprint painted on a metal, glass, or plastic plate, with water medium. Thereafter, a print is pulled from that plate. Thus, the print has an underlying common image, but the design, color, or texture will be different. By lining up the paper to the plate design, new colors can be printed.
