Happy Birthday, Howard! The Amazing World of the Reverend Howard Finster
September 17, 2016 - February 5, 2017 - The exhibition highlights Finster’s achievements as America’s most well known folk artist. In honor of Howard Finster’s 100th birthday, the Taubman Museum of Art will present a major focus on the artistic output of the Reverend Howard Finster (1916-2001). Culled from the museum’s collection along with several loans.
