Terms:
Auction Registration begins at 12:30 PM, Tuesday, March 10th, 2020.All bidders must be in possession of a $1,000 cashier’s check made payable to David Kahan, P.A. Attorney Trust Account in order to register. These funds shall serve as a deposit. No credit card and no personal checks shall be accepted. Final Payment must be paid at the conclusion of the auction or prior to the next day before 3:00 PM by cashier’s check or wire transfer (wire instructions available upon request). The auctioneer reserves the right to resell the lot, with buyer forfeiting their deposit, if full payment is not made by 3:00 PM, the next day. All announcements made on auction day shall take precedence over previously distributed information. Full terms of this sale will be provided on auction day.

All items are sold “as is,” “where is,” without warranty or guarantee.There will be no re-bids or rebates after the lot is sold.Assets to be sold shall be sold together as one lot and may not be bid on individually.
