First Folio! The Book that Gave Us Shakespeare

June 07 - July 17, 2016 - In this exhibiton as part of a worldwide celebration of the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare’s death, the Folger Shakespeare Library is launching a nation-wide tour of First Folio! The Book that Gave Us Shakespeare, published in 1623. New-York Historical, together with the 92nd Street Y and The Public, is proud to help present this pivotal and incredibly rare book.
