May 3-7, 2017 - This year our annual convention will be held at the St Petersburg Bayfront in St Petersburg, Florida. The winner of Founder’s Award is selected by an anonymous committee, the chairman being appointed by the International President. The authors send their papers to the International Executive Director who removes the title page and then sends the numbered study papers to the chairman of the Founder’s Award Committee. The papers are read, scored and returned to the International 2nd VP. The winners are announced at the International Convention luncheon.
