These firearms are being sold by the Administrator of the Estate of Michael Richmond. Edensauctions is facilitating the offers and final winner of the firearms. Firearms will be handed to winners by the Administrator of the Estate. You must be a permanent resident of the State of Mississippi to submit an offer. You must review and agree to terms before making offers.

Terms and Conditions – Estate Firearm Sales
Seller:

All firearms are being sold on behalf of the Estate of Michael Richmond.

All transactions will be conducted exclusively by Edens Auctions, Inc. (“EdensAuctions”) and the Administrator of the Estate will give the firearms to the winner specified by EdensAuctions.

1. Eligibility to Bid

Only individuals with a permanent residence in the State of Mississippi are eligible to participate.

All bidders must be at least 21 years of age.

EdensAuctions reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject any bid for any reason.

2. Submission of Offers

All interested parties must complete the information on this form with their offer.

Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

A Buyer Premium of 15% will be added to each offer and the final accepted bid.

3. Bidding Process

All offers will be reviewed by EdensAuctions.

Bidding will end on September 2, 2025 at 7:00 p.m with no time extensions. After that time, EdensAuctions will contact the top five (5) highest bidders and provide each with an opportunity to increase their bid before a final decision is made. Only one contact will be made to allow increasing offer. The top 5 Bidders will be contacted in alphabetical order.

The Estate and EdensAuctions reserve the right to accept or reject any offer at their sole discretion.

4. Condition of Firearms

All firearms are sold “AS-IS”, “WHERE-IS”, with no warranties expressed or implied.

Neither the Estate nor EdensAuctions makes any guarantee as to the safety, functionality, or suitability of any firearm.

Bidders are strongly encouraged to have all firearms inspected by a qualified gunsmith prior to use.

5. Transfer and Pickup

Sales are conducted as private, in-state transactions under Mississippi and federal law.

Edensauctions reserves the right, in it's discretion, to have a FFL federal background check.

All buyers must present a valid Mississippi photo ID showing proof of age and residency, any other documents required by EdensAuctions and sign a form at the time the firearm is picked up containing representations that comply with these terms and Federal and State law.

The buyer must certify they are not prohibited from owning firearms under state or federal law.

Firearms must be picked up within 5 business days of purchase unless other arrangements are made in writing.

6. Payment

Accepted forms of payment: cash, cashier’s check, or other forms approved in advance by EdensAuctions.

Full payment is due prior to transfer of possession.

Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in forfeiture of the firearm and disqualification from future sales.

7. Legal Compliance

Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted to own and possess firearms.

Buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Estate and EdensAuctions from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the possession or use of the purchased firearm.

By submitting an offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
